We can build lots of any size. We often do prototype runs and NPI runs for our customers.
We’ll need the most up to date BOM, gerber files, and centroid data for assembly. The first two are all that is needed for a quote. If you have any testing requirements or special assembly instructions, those documents should be sent as well.

Yes! We have full x-ray capabilities and all boards with hidden leads get inspected for solder quality.
Our general turn time for PCB Assembly is 2-3 weeks. We also offer quick turn services and have been able to turn boards around in less that 24hrs for our customers. Make sure to specify when you need your boards when talking to our team. For full turnkey orders, it will depend on when we can get all the parts in. In general, we’ll allocate about 2 weeks for procurement and vendor shipping.
We don’t charge a set up fee but there is an NRE for the PCB stencil. Also, if you need a formal first article there is an additional cost for that.
Yes! Our team can drop your boards off if you are local to the Orange County area.
We check your BOM with what’s available on the market and will let you know of any shortages or out of stock parts. We can offer suggestions on these parts but ultimately only proceed with written approval. You will never get a board with an unapproved component.
Yes! We can perform function tests, in-circuit tests, x-ray, burn in test, and many more. Requirements change per customer so reach out to our team with your specific needs.
We are ISO 9001 certified and are in the process of getting AS9100 certified. We can perform a AS9100 FAIR and all other requirements of our Aerospace customers.
We take great pride in our quality and our customer service. Defects and problems may occur from time to time since PCB assembly is a complicated process. If you run into any issues, please let us know immediately, and our team will review the problems. We will come up with a corrective action and will make things right. We will either repair/rework or remake your boards. In case we need the defective boards, we may ask you to send them back to us. We guarantee all of our boards to IPC-610 standards.
Order quantity, components, number of components, board layers, lead time, and testing requirements may all play a part in the PCB assembly cost.
We assemble all boards out of our facility in Huntington Beach, California. Our bare board fabrication is done with several different manufacturing partners. We pick the right one depending on your sourcing and turn requirements.
We can take credit card payments but have to charge an additional 3% processing fee.
Customers can fill out our credit application to get approved for NET30 payment terms.
